Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

3. Share clear photos of the product along with your Order ID.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
